The resumed 9^th session of the the Ad Hoc Working Group on Further Commitments for Annex I Parties under the Kyoto Protocol (AWG-KP) and resumed 7^th session of the Ad Hoc Working Group on Long-term Cooperative Action under the Convention (AWG-LCA) were held from 2-6 November in Barcelona. The Talks took place at the Barcelona Convention Centre, FIRA GRAN VIA, Carrer del Foc 47, 08038 Barcelona, Spain.
