Join the Implementation Forum at UNFCCC Climate Week 3 in Yeosu, Republic of Korea on 23–24 April 2026!
With a strong focus on climate action implementation, the forum will be open to a wide range of representatives from different stakeholder groups, from private sector, subnational entities, civil society, academia and others to join policy makers in fruitful discussions on collaboration to escalate implementable solutions for ambitious climate action.
The thematic focus of the conversations will be around the six axes of the global climate action agenda aligned with the first GST outcome, taking into consideration the regional priorities of the submitted NDCs and NAPs.

Please, register here. Delegates requiring visas must complete their registration by 7 April 2026, 23:59 CEST, in order for the host country to facilitate visa fee waivers and ensure timely visa issuance.
The participants not requiring visa can register by 15 April 23:59 CEST.
This registration is solely for the Implementation Forum. Delegates who are already registered for the mandated events do not have to register separately.

The format of the diverse events of the Implementation Forum has been designed to facilitate dynamic interactions among participants in the implementation labs, as well as to provide space for the COP Presidencies to share their priorities:
Impact Dialogue: Unlocking Implementation at Scale: Bring together private sector and policymakers on how to unlock large‑scale implementation across the 6 axes - highlighting policies that work, investment conditions that enable deployment, and concrete technologies ready to scale
Impact Dialogue: Multilevel Governance for Climate Delivery: amplify voices of cities, regions, and local authorities in a focused dialogue with policymakers on enabling conditions for strengthened multilevel governance, access to climate finance, investment readiness, and development of bankable local climate project pipelines
Implementation and Investment Labs: hands-on, solution-oriented sessions focused on implementation bottlenecks and tested solutions for scaling implementation, including the Plans to Accelerate Solutions under the Global Climate Action Agenda:
- Extreme Weather Events and Waste Impact on Health: identify interlinkages of extreme climate events and public health system resilience and how to address implementation bottlenecks to climate-resilient health responses
- Powering the Real Economy through Energy and Industrial Transformation: focus on concrete projects and solutions at the intersection of energy and industry, where energy transition enables low-emission industrial production, and industrial demand and investment help accelerate clean energy scale-updrawing, drawing on the experience of industry, energy developers, utilities, investors, and technology providers
- Unlocking Implementation - Climate‑Resilient Water Systems and Participatory Governance: look at innovative approaches to climate-resilient water governance and management in technology, policy, finance, and participatory governance
- Halting and Reversing Deforestation and Forest Degradation: explore practical options contributing to halting and reversing deforestation and forest degradation by 2030 in an inclusive, participatory and transparent manner, in line with the roadmap announced by the COP 30 Presidency
- Truth Under Attack: Effective Communication against Climate Mis- and Disinformation: explore practical approaches to identify and counter climate mis- and disinformation for communicators and all stakeholders who encounter these challenges in their day-to-day work, including an opportunities and challenges of Artificial Intelligence.
- Scaling Integrated Urban Mobility Systems: explore scalable solutions for sustainable, inclusive, and climate-resilient urban mobility, focusing on public transport reform, multimodal integration, and low-emission, digitally enabled services
COP 31 Presidency Events: support the dissemination of priority areas, including Zero Waste, Green Industrialization, Implementation Mechanisms
