In accordance with Decision 16/CP 10 paragraph 7, the administrator of the International Transaction Log is requested to make the following information publicly available:

(a) Information on the operational status of each registry system;
(b) Information on units for which a discrepancy or inconsistency has been identified by the international transaction log and units for which a discrepancy or inconsistency has not been resolved;
(c) Information on required actions specified in notifications sent by the international transaction log that have not been completed within the specified time frame;
(d) Aggregated information on unit holdings in each registry at the end of the previous calendar year.

The table below shows the quantity of Kyoto Protocol units applicable to the corresponding commitment period, held by each Party at the beginning of each year. Reports are made available for each year where the national registry of the Party concerned is operational. The name of each Party points to its national registry.
