Building institutional foundations for climate finance readiness

Countries are turning ambition into action by building the governance, partnerships, and investment pipelines needed for climate-resilient growth. This session will spotlight real-world strategies, case studies, and tools helping developing countries strengthen their institutional capacity to access, plan, and deploy climate finance.
