This document contains detailed information on the key initial accounting parameters under the Kyoto Protocol recorded in the compilation and accounting database after completion of the initial review pursuant to decision 22/CMP.1 and the resolution of any questions of implementation. It also contains provisional information as reported by Parties on anthropogenic greenhouse gas emissions from sources listed in Annex A to the Kyoto Protocol reported voluntarily for 2007, and transactions and holdings of Kyoto Protocol units for the first year of the commitment period (2008). This provisional information will be finalized after completion of the annual review and the resolution of any question of implementation.
