Abstract
Budget performance for the first three quarters of the biennium 2002-2003 of the trust funds administered by the Convention secretariat is presented. The aim is to inform Parties of the income received, expenditures incurred and results achieved by 30 June 2003. It should be read in conjunction with document FCCC/SBI/2003/INF.13 containing the interim financial
statements as at 31 December 2002, and document FCCC/SBI/2003/INF.18 on the status of contributions as at 31 October 2003
