Overview

Under the banner of the #Together4Transparency collaborative initiative, this event is designed to:

  • Share ETF key messages encouraging Parties, particularly developing countries, to make timely submissions of BTR and participate actively in the TER process.
  • Share an update on the overall BTR submission forecast, TER plans for 2025 and beyond, and modalities of FMCP.
  • Generate a conversation on the experiences, including challenges and lessons learned, from the in-country review of Guyana to inform subsequent TERs.
  • Generate interest and awareness in the audience on the key role of the ETF as a pillar of the Paris Agreement.
