At its informal meeting held in Bonn, Germany, on 10–14 August 2009, the Ad Hoc Working Group on Long-term Cooperative Action under the Convention considered a revised negotiating text contained in document FCCC/AWGLCA/2009/INF.1. Sections of the text were considered by informal groups with facilitators, with the goal of revising the text further and modifying it in the direction of consolidation and convergence. Document FCCC/AWGLCA/2009/INF.2 presents a suggested reordering and consolidation of elements of the revised negotiating text as prepared by the facilitators. This addendum is intended to serve as a guide to those elements, indicating the sources of the revised text and providing information on the approach to the reordering and consolidation. This document contains six annexes, corresponding to annexes I-VI to document FCCC/AWGLCA/2009/INF.2. Each annex contains one or more tables, which provide the following information: (1) the paragraph numbers of the consolidated and/or reordered text; (2) the Parties of groups of Parties that contributed the consolidated and/or reordered material; (3) the corresponding paragraph numbers of the original text contained in document FCCC/AWGLCA/2009/INF.1; and (4) the approach taken to the consolidation and/or reordering of the paragraphs and the rationale behind it
