The Subsidiary Body for Implementation, at its twenty-third session, invited Parties to submit to the secretariat, by 13 February 2006, their views on the sixth compilation and synthesis of initial national communications from Parties not included in Annex I to the Convention contained in document FCCC/SBI/2005/18 and Add.1–6 and Add.3/Corr.1 (FCCC/SBI/2005/23, para. 38). The secretariat has received five such submissions. In accordance with the procedure for miscellaneous documents, these submissions are reproduced in the language in which they were received and without formal editing
