Abstract
The proposal contained in this document, prepared under the Chair's responsibility, aims to capture the work undertaken by Parties during the sixteenth session of the Ad Hoc Working Group on Further Commitments for Annex I Parties under the Kyoto Protocol. This work has included streamlining, clarifying and updating the text contained in FCCC/KP/AWG/2010/18/Add.1
