Kindly make your submission only as a link to a website where your materials are available. 

Please note that e-mail attachments or content embedded into an e-mail will not be processed.

This webpage will be updated twice a day, at 12 noon and at 5 pm Bonn local time, from 16 until 26 November 2025. 

Only content received within one hour prior to each update will be posted in the next update. Content received by 11 am will be posted in the 12-noon update, and, similarly, content received by 4 pm will be posted in the 5 pm update.
