NDC Registry.

In accordance with Article 4, paragraph 12 of the Paris Agreement, NDCs communicated by Parties shall be recorded in a public registry maintained by the secretariat.

*The United States of America (USA) is currently not a Party to the Paris Agreement. On 27 January 2025, the Government of the USA notified the Depository of its decision to withdraw from the Paris Agreement, which took effect on the 27 January 2026 in accordance with Article 28, paragraph 1 and 2, of the Agreement. The NDCs communicated by the USA are accessible in the archive.

*Yemen is currently not a Party to the Paris Agreement. Yemen signed the Paris Agreement on 23 September 2016 but has not yet ratified it. (See also decision 1/CP.21, para. 22.) The NDC communicated by Yemen is accessible in the archive.
