Seychelles and the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change:
Preparations for the National Communication As a party to the UNFCCC, and an active member of the Conferrence of the Parties (COP) of the UNFCCC, the Government of Seychelles is committed to the completion and submission of its first national communications to the COP. The first interim report which will include national inventories of GHG's will be submitted not later than 21 March 1997 as reqired by the COP.
