The documents are available in two formats:

HTML:These are the WWW pages. They do not include all the tables and complicated figures.

PDF:These files have been converted to a "cross platform" format called Portable Document Format (PDF). For viewing of this file you need to have the free reader software, Adobe Acrobat Reader(also available as a plug-in for Netscape and Internet Explorer). If you download the software and open these files, you will be able to print them out in exactly the same format as they will be distributed at the meetings.
