Preparations for the National Communication

For the preparation of the National Communications, Venezuela has already completed the national greenhouse emissions inventory, the mitigation options assessment, and the vulnerability to sea level rise. Currently, the national climate change action plan is being developed and the first draft report is expected to be completed by March, 1998.
