The Ad Hoc Working Group on the Paris Agreement (APA), at the third part of its resumed first session requested the secretariat to organize, under the guidance of the APA Co-Chairs, a pre-sessional round table on agenda item 4 on Saturday, 4 November 2017.

Logistical arrangements
 

The round table will take place on Saturday, 4 November in room Rakiraki of the WCCB Bonn, Germany. Attendance is for Parties and observer states only.

 

Participants must be officially registered for the UN Climate Change Conference and carry a valid conference badge to access the workshop venue.

Informal report on the pre-sessional workshop on APA agenda item 4

 

The Ad Hoc Working Group on the Paris Agreement (APA), at the second part of its resumed first session in Marrakesh, Morocco, requested the secretariat to organize, under the guidance of the APA Co-Chairs, a workshop on agenda item 4 to take place on Saturday, 6 May 2017 in conjunction with the third part of its resumed first session. (FCCC/APA/2016/4, paragraph 22).

The workshop will take place on Saturday, 6 May 2017 in the Plenary Chamber Hall of the WCCB Bonn, Germany. Attendance is for Parties and observer states only.


Registration

Interested Parties have also been invited to inform the secretariat, through their National Focal Point, of the names of delegates who will attend. Parties are kindly requested to send this information to Ms. Katrin Lucas by 15 April 2017.


Participants must be officially registered for the SB session (online registration) and carry a valid conference badge to access the workshop venue. The registration desk is open from 1 to 6 May 2017, 8:30 am to 6pm, at the following address: Altes Hochhaus, Platz der Vereinten Nationen 1, 53113 Bonn, Germany. On the day of the workshop, all participants must leave the building at 17:45 to allow security to perform a bomb sweep.
