The Australian Capital Territory (ACT) has signed up to two international agreements on climate change ahead of the United Nations Climate Change Conference in Paris in December. It means the ACT is now a signatory to the Compact of States and Regions and the Compact of Mayors. The Territory will also report annually to an international audience through the Carbon Disclosure Project.
