Event description

The purpose of the event is to showcase the progress countries have made in facilitating access to and mobilization of climate finance for needs and priorities as supported under the Needs-Based Finance (NBF) Project – a work programme carried out by the secretariat and funded by donors in compliance with COP 23, COP 26 and COP 27 mandates. 

The event will highlight experiences of countries supported by the NBF and provide an account of progress made in facilitating access to and mobilization of climate finance.
