The 2023 October intersessional in-person workshop was mandated by the CMA to be convened by the SB Chairs in support of the consideration of outputs (or ‘political’) component of the first global stocktake, to develop elements and inform the work of the joint contact group of the global stocktake.

Parties and non-Party stakeholders were invited to submit their views on the elements for the consideration of outcome component based on the informal note by the co-chairs of the contact group. All submissions to this call can be accessed via the UNFCCC submission portal, by searching ‘GST’ and viewing the third result.
