Abstract

New provision included as agreed during PCCB 8 (para 5 c).

The members shall remain in office until their successors have been elected.

Previous revision of 11 June 2021 - Upon a recommendation by the UN Office of Internal Oversight Services to harmonize the provisions in the rules of procedure of the UNFCCC constituted bodies, the PCCB, at its 5th meeting held in June 2021, agreed to amend its rules of procedure to include a provision on conflict of interest.
