Exhibits may be set up from Sunday, 30 November, at 10.00 a.m.  Your consignment should be sent to the address below, to be deleivered at the Fiera Milana not before Friday, 28 November 2002.

Consignments should be clearly labelled for UNFCCC/COP 9 with full contact information of the responsible person (name, organization, telephone number or e-mail address) to allow easy identification. Additionally, to facilitate customs clearence, all goods should be clearly labelled as non-commercial goods for education and training purposes only.
