The side event schedule is tentative and changes can happen. In order for you
to be informed speedily about any possible changes please provide your contact
information in Milan to the NGO liaison team on the ground floor of Pavillion
17 of the Fiera Milano. We look forward to meeting you.
Arrangements for picking up deliveries
Organizers should send their consignments to the Fiera Milano following the
information provided in Where
to send your bits and pieces . To collect your consignments in Milan you should
contact the NGO liaison team on the ground floor of Pavillion 17 of the Fiera
Milano, where you may find information on the location of your exhibit and consignments.
The storage room for consignments will be on the first floor, on the same level
as the exhibits. Please remember that organizers are responsible for moving their
own consignments and exhibits.
Arrangements for electronic presentations at side events
Up to five electronic presentations of confirmed
events may be uploaded through the individual side event accounts in
the online system. They may then be publicly viewed from the schedule. Organizers
should upload the electronic presentations in their preferred order. Uploaded
electronic presentations may be changed, but in order to delete an uploaded presentation,
an empty document will need to replace it. Presentations should not be sent to
the secretariat by e-mail, since this new system provides organizers with a unique
opportunity to make presentations available.
This is a new service which we hope will contribute towards an even more useful
information source for followers of the climate change process.
