On page 50, after paragraph 140.2, insert:

140.3 The Conference of the Parties shall take decisions regarding criteria for joint implementation with other Parties at a future session. (As soon as Parties to the Convention have taken a decision on the pilot phase of activities implemented jointly in accordance with Decision 5/CP.1).
