The attached list of participants attending the sessions of the Ad Hoc Group on the Berlin Mandate, the Subsidiary Body for Implementation, the Subsidiary Body for Scientific and Technological Advice and the Ad Hoc Group on Article 13 held from

25 February to 7 March 1997 has been prepared on the basis of information received by the secretariat as at 5 March 1997.

Please note that the Who is Who in the UNFCCC Process: Directory of Delegates and Observers at Sessions of the Conference of the Parties and Subsidiary Bodies of the UNFCCC, 1995-1996, which was distributed during the December sessions in Geneva, will be updated and distributed at a future session this year. This publication contains the complete contact information of delegates and observers who have participated in previous sessions.

Delegates and observers who are participating in the sessions for the first time are not included in the current Who is Who Directory. They will be listed in an updated edition which will also include all corrections to current entries received by the secretariat. The secretariat plans to print an update approximately once a year. More frequent updates will be produced electronically, both on the World Wide Web, and on the UNFCCC CD-ROM.
