Introduction

Article 11.5 of the Convention states that the developed country Parties may also provide and developing country Parties avail themselves of, financial resources related to the implementation of the Convention through bilateral, regional and other multilateral channels.  The following are the links to the websites of the programmes and projects on climate change of multilateral financial institutions and bilateral development agencies:
