COP 23 provides a space for governments to explore how to enhance climate technology development and transfer. At the conference, countries will continue elaborating the Technology Framework and consider the independent review of the Climate Technology Centre and Network. They will also consider the 2017 performance and activities of the Technology Executive Committee and the Climate Technology Centre and Network.
