On 29 March 2017, the Technology Executive Committee (TEC) held a thematic dialogue on industrial energy efficiency and material substitution in carbon intensive sectors. The dialogue was held in conjunction with TEC 14. It brought together relevant stakeholders and experts from various areas and disciplines in order to get a diverse input on industrial energy efficiency from different perspectives to identify gaps, obstacles, and further needs in this field.
