Vendor Registration

New vendors of relevant products and services are encouraged to submit their application for
registration in the UNFCCC Vendor Roster by using the Vendor Registration Form along with detailed information demonstrating experience
and qualifications in provision of the relevant commodities/services.
Kindly return the vendor registration form with general information and financial
information duly completed and certified to:

Requests for registration of the company will be screened by PGSU for:
- relevance of the product/service for UNFCCC requirement
- sufficient length of time in business
- compliance with UN payment terms
- financial situation
Upon acceptance, the company’s name will be added to the UNFCCC Vendor Roster and be given
equal consideration during vendor sourcing for a particular tender.
