Bernice Lee is Director for Climate Change and Resource Security Initiatives at the World Economic Forum.

Until December 2013, she was Research Director for Energy, Environment and Resources at Chatham House – Royal Institute of International Affairs.

Prior to joining Chatham House, she was Team Leader for the Interdependencies on Energy and Climate Security for the China and Europe Project; Policy and Strategy Adviser at the International Centre for Trade and Sustainable Development in Geneva leading on trade; Policy Director at the Aga Khan Foundation (UK); Officer in the Strategic Planning Unit in the UN Secretary-General's office in New York; Warren Weaver Fellow at the Rockefeller Foundation; and Research Associate at the International Institute for Strategic Studies.
Bernice is a member of the Climate Change Advisory Board of the Children Investment Fund Foundation; the Board of the Chatham House Academy for International Leadership; the China Council Task Force on Green Transition in China.
Bernice holds an MSc International Relations from the LSE and BA (HONS) Politics and Economics from Oxford University.
