How to get there
 

Haus Carstanjen:

Bus from the centre of Bonn
· Take bus number 610 (direction Heiderhof) from the centre of Bonn. The bus stop is located across the street from the main train station (Hauptbahnof).
· Go to 'Kennedyallee' (located at the intersection of Kennedyallee and Ludwig-Erhard-Allee) and get off the bus. It will take approximately twelve minutes.
· To get to the secretariat office at Haus Carstanjen, cross the Ludwig-Erhard-Allee at the traffic light. Walk east on the Kennedy Allee in the direction of the Rhein River and follow remaining directions in points 4 and 5 below.
· When you reach the 'T' intersection between Kennedyallee and Martin-Luther-King-Strasse, turn left.
· Continue walking for about 50 meters and look for the entrance on your right marked 'United Nations'.
· From the Centre of Bonn you can also take bus number 611 which lets you off at Kanalstrasse (less walking, but not as frequent).

Bus from Bad Godesberg
· Take bus number 611 from 'Rheinallee'. The bus stop is located just behind the main subway station in Bad Godesberg.
· Go to the 'Kanalstrasse' stop. It will take approximately thirteen minutes.
· When you get off the bus, walk straight for about 100 meters and look for the entrance on your right marked 'United Nations'.

By Taxi
· The fare for a taxi to Haus Carstanjen from most places in Bad Godesberg should not exceed EUR 10-15 depending on where you are coming from.
· The fare from the centre of Bonn is approximately EUR 15.


Langer Eugen:

Bus from the centre of Bonn
Take bus no. 610 from Bonn city centre (opposite Hauptbahnhof) or Bad Godesberg city centre to the Deutsche Welle stop. Walk down to Hermann Ehlers Strasse (towards the Rhine river) for about two minutes. The entrance is located behind the offices of Deutsche Welle, about 50 metres down the road from the intersection of Heussallee and Kurt-Schumacher-Strasse.

By subway
From Bonn Hauptbahnhof:
· Take subway (U-Bahn) line 16, 63 or 66 towards Bad Godesberg/Koenigswinter
· Get down at Heussallee stop and exit in the "Deutsche Welle" direction
· When you reach the street go straight ahead until you reach Hermann-Ehlers-Str. and the UN Campus. The walking distance from the subway station is about 250 metres. The entrance is located behind the offices of Deutsche Welle, about 50 metres down the road from the intersection of Heussallee and Kurt-Schumacher-Strasse.

By taxi
The fare for a taxi ride to Langer Eugen (Hermann Ehlers Strasse 10) from Bonn city centre and Hauptbahnhof is around 8 euro. The central phone number for Bonn taxis is +49 228 555 555.

Köln/Bonn Airport ( Terminal 1) to Bonn Hauptbahnhof  (Bonn Central Station)
Advisable to use BUS SB60 from Terminal 1 direction Bonn Hauptbahnhof. Step out at the Central station in Bonn and where the bus end you can get the next connection below to the UN Campus in Bonn

From Köln/Bonn Airport to UN CAMPUS in Bonn Via Bonn Central Station by TRAIN

Köln/Bonn Flughafen (Köln/Bonn Airport) Regional-Express exit at Bonn-Beuel and follow the exit sign. From Beuel Bahnhof, Bonn use the Straßenbahn 62 (Tram 62) direction of travel Dottendorf Quirinusplatz, Bonn  and exit at Bonn Hauptbahnhof  (Bonn Central Station) cross the main road and catch the bus 610 or 611 to the UN Campus see description above on how to get to the UN campus by bus from Bonn Central Stations or visit the site

From Frankfurt (M) Airport  to UN CAMPUS in Bonn Via Bonn Central Station by TRAIN

Frankfurt(M) Flughafen (Airport) with  Straßenbahn 8  (Tram S 8) going toward Wiesbaden Hbf  and point of exit is Mainz Central Station. From Mainz central station there is a direction train to Bonn Central station. www.bahn.de
