This is the root element for CRF Reporter XML, the XML contains only one of the following choices: Choice For generation by Party's system and import by CRF Reproter - offers compatability of CRF Reporter 2.X New expanded data exchange for generation by Party's system and import by CRF Reproter For exchange from/to CRF Reporter Installation For generation of official submission and import into the GHG database A reference XML section for Standard metadata This section describes the common elements for the Submission, Inter-reporter and NatationalSystem envelopes The date and time when the XML was generated this element shows the agriculture option (A/B) setting within the CRF Reporter, this is a required element when exporting/importing the agriculture sector This envelope contains the XML data generated by a Party national system. It contains data only (no Metadata). It can be imported by the CRF Reporter National system name, for information purpose only The user who generated the XML, for information purpose only This envelope contains the XML data and country specific metadata generated by the CRF Reporter. It represents an official submission from the Party to UNFCCC. It can be imported into the GHG database as well as the CRF Reporter the base year as per the CRF Reporter settings The major and minor number of the submission The major and minor number of the submission as stored in the recalculation database the submission UID, a unique identifer generated by the CRF Reproter for each XML submission an enumeration of all years included in the submission Country Specifc only Metadata All values, documentation, comleteness and recalculation explanantion data for the full time series Generated by the CRF Reporter during export and checked during import to ensure integrity of the XML This section is used for the Export and Import of CRF Reporter data and country sepcific Metadata between National Inventory Compilers and Sectoral experts 3 letters country code as defined in the CRF Report installation CRF Reporter version as defined at the exporting CRF Report installation This section is identical to the corresponding submission data except the completeness and recalculation checksare not exported in case of InterReporter XML This element represents the standard meta data of the CRF Reporter, The XML for this element can not be generated nor imprted by the Party's users but can be found in www.unfccc.int. This element includes all data defintiion of the CRF reporter required for the Export and Import of data A type of Dimension Instance A type of Dimension Instance A type of Dimension Instance Corresponds to a datagrid row, it governs and implements the business rules for all values in that row in the times series. Only generated in the Standard Metadata The natural keys of a variable which is a list of Dimension Instances. A country sepcific variable, has the same properties as variable but it is not a standard variables and is only generated as part of the XML metadata in the Submission and InterReproter envelopes The physical tree node. This element includes the actual CRF data during the import and export and subject the Meta data definitions of the CRF Reporter This element is part of the CRF XML data, it acts as a reference to Variable and it is a container of values for the exported time series This element is only exported in the case of submission as part of the CRF Data XML A complex element that represent the actual value within a CRF Reporter datagrid. It contains the actual value, value documentation, recalc explanations, etc... A place holder for any type of value: numerica value, Notation key, String,... The type of this value is determined by valid value type in the associated Variable If true, the formula is disabled for this value. This element is supported in National system import count of parent variables that ignore this value. This element is not required for National system import. isAggModified attribute added in order to allow disablling of formulas if Double value is set for a Variable, then corresponding Value for all years can have either Notation Key or a Numerical value
