Investment and financial flows to address climate change
Addressing climate change in the
next 25 years will require significant changes in the patterns of investment and financial flows. The secretariat,
in close collaboration with key international financial institutions, United Nations agencies, intergovernmental
organizations and non-governmental organizations, other relevant agencies, as well as representatives of the
private sector and civil society, has prepared an analysis of existing and planned investment and financial flows
relevant to the development of effective and appropriate international response to climate change.
