No pre-sessional consultations on registry systems will be held immediately prior to SBSTA 20. The technical work on the data exchange systems and the independent transaction log has been continuing, in collaboration with technical experts, and the latest draft specifications resulting from this work will be posted on this page in early June 2004. Issues relating to registry systems under the Kyoto Protocol will be considered by Parties during SBSTA 20.
