Status report on consideration of agenda items at SBSTA 39

Work on unresolved items under the SBSTA continued under the authority of the President, who had asked the SBSTA Chair to undertake consultations on his behalf on a number of items. The Chair conducted consultations on these items and reported back to the President on Tuesday, 26 November. For the final status please consult negotiations page.

The SBSTA Chair informed the President of the COP and CMP that the SBSTA was unable to reach agreement on its consideraiton of the joint annual report of the TEC and CTCN.
