    Delegates are also informed that transport shuttles free of charge will only be available from hotels designated by the assigned agency.

    Delegates are asked to make their bookings by the latest Sunday, 26 September 2010. After this date, the booking agency will release the rooms into the market and will not be able to make reservations for the sessions as there is high demand for hotel rooms during the Chinese holidays.

Online Registration System for IGOs and NGOs

The full scale pilot phase of the new Online Registration System for IGOs and NGOs will be implemented for the October sessions, which will allow admitted organizations to electronically nominate individuals to attend sessions organized by the UNFCCC secretariat. The user manual of this new system is available here.
