The twenty-second sessions of the subsidiary bodies of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change occurred between 19 and 27 May 2005.  It was preceded by the seminar of governmental experts on 16 and 17 May 2005.

Both meetings occurred at the Hotel Maritim, Godesberger Allee, 53175 Bonn, Germany.
