Victoria Fomina (Russia) graduated from Moscow Architectural Institute. The first work - illustrations for "Tales for Theatre" by C. Gozzi ("Pravda" edition). "Golden Pen of Beograd"s - illustrations for "New Russian Dictionary" . Author of more than 30 illustration books.Now is working at the book about Mozart for Grimm Press Taipei.

About the illustration: A modern Ikarus flying with solar wings about the sea, in which the old world has disappeared. It is an optimistic interpretation of the Greek saga.
