Santiago Pol (Venezuela) He is 'no 1' graphic designer in Venezuela. He is world famous for his outstanding colourful posters and logos. Pol was recently working on the Caracas subway route plan. His clients include, interalia, the Festival de Cine Nacional, the Festival Internacional de Teatro de Caracas, and various governmental departments. Pol's work has received several awards at various international design competitions, among others from the Art Directors Club of New York. He has founded and organised the graphic design workshops at CONAC (National Arts Council) and he was a cofounder of the Alianza Latinoamericana y del Caribe de Diseño Grafico.
