1. Banking +

- Opening days and hours of the office of La Banque Postale at the Le Bourget conference site:
- From Monday, 30 November to Friday, 11 December 2015 from 09:00 hrs to 17:00 hrs
- Please note that the Bank Office will be closed on Sunday, 6 December 2015.
- The Bank Office is located on the “Champs Élysées”.

2. Business Centre +

- The Business Centre is located on the "Champs Élysées" near the UN Information Counter.

3. Catering +

- There are six restaurants at the conference site:
- Place des Vosges, Regions of France, opposite the “La Seine” room;
- Place de la Bastille, Regions of France, near the “La Loire” room;
- Place Vendôme, French specialties, Hall 4;
- Place du Tertre, Regions of France, Hall 3;
- BOCO, Hall 5;
- L'Étoile - "bistronomic" cuisine (booking required) - near the “Champs-Élysées” between Halls 2 and 3.
- Other catering services (notably fast-food takeaways) are available across the conference site. The main "Champs Élysées" artery offers a cluster of these at the end of the services zone: a pancake house, a soup bar, a bread bakery, etc. You will also be able to obtain refreshment at numerous café corners.
- Opening times vary but several takeaways are open around the clock, so that food and drinks are available at any time of day.

The note describes the main actions that catering companies providing services at the Paris sessions have committed to, within the framework of the overall sustainability strategy of the conference.

4. Climate neutrality, sustainability and environmental responsibility of the conference +

- UNFCCC's Climate Neutral Now initiative will offer all participants the possibility to become climate neutral by using UNFCCC certified offsets from the Clean Development Mechanism to compensate for their climate footprint related to their attendance at the conference.
- A UNFCCC Climate Neutral Desk will be available where participants can calculate and purchase offsets immediately. Participants doing this will receive a lanyard for their badge, showing that they are climate neutral.
- The Desk is located at the Tourism Office on the "Champs Élysées" near the UN Information Counter. (A second Desk is located at the Climate Generations Areas.)
- The Tourism Office also features a COP 21 Sustainability Stand which offers information on the sustainability of the sessions as well as the possibility to book a "Climate Tour" around the conference site.

5. Computer Centres +

- The computer centres are located at Halls 2, 3, 4 and 6.

7. Credentials +

- Specific requirements for Parties to participate in the adoption by the COP of the outcome of the work of the ADP can be found in the pdf-icon information note (155 kB) to Parties, dated 22 May 2015, on the requirements relating to the adoption by Parties of a protocol, another legal instrument or an agreed outcome with legal force under the Convention applicable to all Parties. In this regard, please note that only those Parties that have submitted to the secretariat pdf-icon valid credentials will be entitled to participate in the adoption by the COP of the outcome of the ADP’s work.

8. Daily Programme +

- In line with the objectives of the paper reduction initiative, the Daily Programme for the conference will continue to be made available in electronic form only. A PDF version will be posted each morning on the UNFCCC conference website

9. Daily Subsistence Allowance (DSA) +

- Opening days and hours of the UN DSA Office
- From Monday, 23 November to Saturday, 28 November 2015 at UNESCO in Paris:
- 09:00 hrs to 12:00 hrs
- 13:00 hrs to 17:00 hrs
- From Sunday, 29 November to Friday, 11 December 2015 at the Le Bourget conference site:
- 09:00 hrs to 12:00 hrs
- 13:00 hrs to 17:00 hrs
- Please note that the DSA Office will be closed on Sunday, 6 December 2015.
- The DSA Office is located on the "Champs Élysées", close to the bank.

10. Distribution of publications +

- Participants are requested to refrain from distributing printed material, such as publications and information related to other meetings or future conferences. Please note that the secretariat strongly encourages the electronic dissemination of information, such as through the use of USB flash drives.

11. Getting around in Paris and Le Bourget +

- For general information on public transport and how to get from A to B visit the Paris public transport site (RATP).
- The Government of France will provide free 'Navigo' local transportation passes to each accredited participant (one-week passes for registered representatives of observer organizations for each week they are accredited for and two-week passes for all other accredited participants).
- The passes will be valid on public transportation (including RER) within Paris and from Roissy to Paris or Le Bourget to Paris and vice versa from Monday, 30 November 2015 through Monday, 14 December 2015. They will be distributed at the UN Information Counter upon presentation of a valid conference badge as of 28 November.
- The opening days and hours of the Counter are as follows:
- On Saturday, 28 November and Sunday, 29 November 2015 from 09:00 hrs to 18:00 hrs
- From Monday, 30 November to Sunday, 13 December 2015 from 08:00 hrs to 19:00 hrs
- The UN Information Counter is located on the “Champs Élysées”, right behind the entrance on the right-hand side.

12. Health, safety and security +

- Comprehensive security checks will be carried out at the entrance of the conference site. The following items are prohibited: objects capable of causing injury (such as knives, scissors etc.), explosive materials (inflammable aerosols, combustible substances etc.) and all liquids, irrespective of volume, nature or container.
- In addition, the maximum bag size permitted is the maximum permitted for airline carry-on luggage (55 x 45 x 25cm). No bag exceeding these dimensions will be allowed. Please note that there is no left luggage facility on the conference premises, so you will have to keep your hand luggage with you at all times.

- Please adhere to the guidelines accessible via the above link. In addition, kindly note that participants are requested not to remove nameplates from the meeting rooms. This may lead to serious disruptions as the secretariat is unable to replace these at short notice.
- Badge issuance for Parties will be open from:
- Saturday, 21 November to Friday, 27 November 2015, from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.
- Saturday, 28 November to Friday, 11 December 2015, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
- Badge issuance for NGOs and IGOs will be open from:
