Arrangements for the 2nd week of the Conference

The President consulted with the Bureau for their views on the requests by some Parties to extend work under the subsidiary bodies and the APA beyond the closure of these bodies. The President concluded that there was no consensus on this matter and that the subsidiary bodies and the APA will conclude their work on Monday, 14 November, as scheduled. Parties wishing to continue exchanging views have the possibility to coordinate amongst themselves.  Meeting rooms for that purpose can be arranged through the secretariat’s Meeting Room Assignment system.
