The second part of the fifteenth session of the Ad hoc Working Group on Long-term Cooperative Action under the Convention (AWG-LCA 15-2) was held in conjunction with the eighteenth session of the Conference of the Parties (COP) at the Qatar National Convention Centre in Doha, Qatar.

The AWG-LCA, on 7 December, agreed to forward a draft decision containing the outcome of its work to the COP for consideration and adoption.
On this basis, the COP, on 8 December 2012, adopted  decision 1/CP.18 (Agreed outcome pursuant to the Bali Action Plan)
