Doha Climate Change Conference - November 2012The 18th session of the Conference of the Parties to the UNFCCC and the 8th session of the Conference of the Parties serving as the Meeting of the Parties to the Kyoto Protocol opened on Monday, 26 November and continued until Saturday, 8 December 2012 at the Qatar National Convention Centre in Doha, Qatar. Side events
Login to Side events and Exhibits Online Registration System (SEORS)
Side Events were established as a platform for observer organizations to highlight diverse climate change issues at UNFCCC conferences. Side Events are a vital component of the sessions, as they provide opportunities for information dissemination, capacity building, policy discussions and legitimizing global governance. Jointly with Parties or other organizations, observer organizations present their work or foster discussions on key issues, often engaging the audience in a Q&A session. The Government of Qatar has generously provided side event facilities. Side events are usually 90 minutes in duration.
Climate Change
