The Ad Hoc Working Group on Further Commitments for Annex I Parties under the Kyoto Protocol (AWG-KP) and the Ad
Hoc Working Group on Long-term Cooperative Action under the Convention (AWG-LCA) held intersessional informal
consultations from 10 to 14 August 2009. The meetings took place at the Hotel Maritim in Bonn, Germany.
The AWG-LCA had before it a revised negotiating text, resulting from its sixth session in Bonn in June, which is
contained in document FCCC/AWGLCA/2009/INF.1
The AWG-KP had before it documentation to facilitate negotiations
among Parties, building upon the work of the AWG-KP at its eighth session.
