Accreditation
Bona fide representatives of the national and international media can apply for accreditation to the
conference. Only one accreditation is required and will cover participation in the sessions of both ad
hoc working groups.

All participants are requested to register upon arrival at the desk located at the UNCC (UNESCAP).
• A valid photo ID should be presented to the registration staff.
• Early registration on Saturday, 26 September 2009, is highly recommended to avoid delays on the
first day of the sessions.

Press badges issued at previous UNFCCC conferences do not remain valid. Members of the
press must be accredited for each meeting.
Badges are essential in order for participants to gain access to the premises. They are issued only on
the basis of accreditation as a media professional representing a bona fide media organizations.
For security reasons, all participants are requested to wear their badges at all times.
