Visa requirements for Participants

General conditions on obtaining visas to enter the Kingdom of Thailand are available at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs website

The list of Parties that are eligible to receive visas on arrival in Thailand is available at the following:

Participants who are nominated to attend the sessions and whose countries are not included in the above-mentioned list and who do not have a diplomatic mission of the Kingdom of Thailand in their territory should forward the following information to the secretariat (secretariat@unfccc.int) in order to receive a visa at the port of entry in Thailand:

1. First name (s)
2. Last name(s)
3. Date of Birth
4. Gender
5. Nationality
6. Copy of passport
7. Email address
8. Date of arrival in Thailand

On receipt of this information the Thai authorities will provide you with the relevant confirmation regarding your visa for Thailand.
