Abstract This document reports on operational and substantive issues relating to the work of the Least Developed Countries Expert Group (LEG) during the biennium 2004–2005. The document also responds to the mandate given by the Conference of the Parties in decision 4/CP.10, and provides an overview of how the LEG has implemented its programme of work as mandated by decision 9/CP.7.
