Abstract
The Conference of the Parties, by its decision 1/CP.16, paragraph 51, requested the secretariat to organize workshops to understand the diversity of mitigation actions submitted by developing country Parties, underlying assumptions and any support needed for the implementation of these actions, noting different national circumstances and the respective capabilities of these Parties.
