Abstract
This document contains an analysis of technical problems and constraints identified by the Consultative Group of Experts on National Communications from Parties not included in Annex I to the Convention (CGE) based on the examination of 41 initial national communications submitted by Parties not included in Annex I to the Convention (non-Annex I Parties) between May 2002 and April 2005. The Subsidiary Body for Implementation may wish to take note of the recommendations
made by the CGE when providing technical advice on how to further facilitate the preparation of national communications of non-Annex I Parties
