The staff of the UNFCCC Library & Documentation Centre are ready to assist you in finding your way around the library and its collection.

We welcome requests relating to how to find climate change materials or how to obtain UNFCCC official documents. If we are unable to answer your question, we will make every attempt to refer you to the correct source. When sending your question to us, the more detail you provide, the better we will be able to assist you. Here are some hints on what to include with your question:

• Describe in detail exactly what you are looking for
• Give us some idea of what you would like us to provide for you
• Tell us where you have already looked for this information
• Tell us how you will use the information we provide i.e. what level of audience, what language, what depth, etc.
