The 8th meeting of the Consultative Group of Experts on National Communications from Parties not included in Annex I to the Convention (CGE) took place in Bonn, Germany, on 25 and 26 February 2013. This report summarizes the outcome of the meeting with regard to the implementation of the mandate of the CGE and includes the work programme of the CGE for 2013.
